About this site

Warm Lane Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location on a working farm at Yeadon, near Guiseley and Leeds in West Yorkshire. It is a small five-van site with level hardstanding pitches and electric hook-up, plus grass hook-up points, and it is reached easily from Warm Lane just off the A658 near its junction with the A65. There are no toilet or shower facilities, so this is one for self-contained caravans and motorhomes rather than tents. The setting is handy rather than remote: two pubs serving food sit within a quarter of a mile, a Sainsbury's Local with fuel is about the same distance, and Yeadon and Guiseley between them have larger supermarkets. Leeds Bradford Airport is close, which makes access simple but means you will hear some aircraft, so light sleepers should weigh that up. There is good walking straight from the gate, a bookable dog field about 300 yards away, and the woodland path to Esholt, the village used as Emmerdale's original Woolpack. Otley, Ilkley, Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales are all a short drive on. Dogs are welcome. The site is open all year, pitch fees for 2026 start from around £18 a night, and it is booked through the Caravan and Motorhome Club by members.

Good to know

Do I need to be a Caravan and Motorhome Club member to stay?
Yes, Warm Lane Farm is a Certificated Location, so you book through the Caravan and Motorhome Club as a member. You can join in advance online or by phone. The site takes up to five caravans or motorhomes, and there are no toilet or shower blocks, so come self-contained.
Are there toilets and showers on site?
No, Warm Lane Farm has no toilet or shower facilities, which is common at a small Certificated Location. You need a caravan or motorhome with its own facilities to stay comfortably here, and tents are not really suited. Electric hook-up is available on the level hardstanding pitches, with some grass hook-up points too.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Warm Lane Farm. There is a bookable dog field about 300 yards from the site and plenty of walks straight from the gate, including the woodland path to Esholt, the village used as Emmerdale's original Woolpack. Two dog-friendly pubs are within a quarter of a mile.
Is the site near Leeds Bradford Airport?
Yes, Leeds Bradford Airport is close to Warm Lane Farm, which makes it a handy stopover for early flights and easy for reaching Leeds and Bradford. The trade-off is aircraft noise at times, so if you are a light sleeper it is worth knowing that before you book.
When is Warm Lane Farm open and what does it cost?
Warm Lane Farm is open all year, so it suits winter touring and airport stopovers as well as summer trips. Pitch fees for 2026 start from around £18 a night for a pitch and two adults. Booking is through the Caravan and Motorhome Club, and the site is members only.
