Why campers love it here
About this site
Warm Lane Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location on a working farm at Yeadon, near Guiseley and Leeds in West Yorkshire. It is a small five-van site with level hardstanding pitches and electric hook-up, plus grass hook-up points, and it is reached easily from Warm Lane just off the A658 near its junction with the A65. There are no toilet or shower facilities, so this is one for self-contained caravans and motorhomes rather than tents. The setting is handy rather than remote: two pubs serving food sit within a quarter of a mile, a Sainsbury's Local with fuel is about the same distance, and Yeadon and Guiseley between them have larger supermarkets. Leeds Bradford Airport is close, which makes access simple but means you will hear some aircraft, so light sleepers should weigh that up. There is good walking straight from the gate, a bookable dog field about 300 yards away, and the woodland path to Esholt, the village used as Emmerdale's original Woolpack. Otley, Ilkley, Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales are all a short drive on. Dogs are welcome. The site is open all year, pitch fees for 2026 start from around £18 a night, and it is booked through the Caravan and Motorhome Club by members.
