About this site

Ashgrove Farm is a small members site on a working farm at Lees Moor, up on the hills between Cross Roads and Keighley in West Yorkshire. It belongs to the Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location scheme, so it holds just five units, takes caravans and motorhomes only, and asks that guests hold club membership. The pitches are flat grass with a water point and a waste disposal point, but there is no electric hook up and no washroom, which means self contained touring outfits are the right fit. Views stretch for miles across open countryside, and the draw for most visitors is Bronte country on the doorstep: the village of Haworth, its literary museum and the surrounding moors are a short drive, with the market town of Keighley close for shops and rail links towards Skipton and Leeds. A pub is within walking distance, and quiet lanes make for easy strolls or a bike ride from the gate. Dogs come along happily. Peace and long views are the offer at Ashgrove Farm, not bars or play areas. The gates stay open across the whole year, with pitches booked straight through the club.

Good to know

Do I need to be a member to stay at Ashgrove Farm?

Is there electric hook up at Ashgrove Farm?
No, there is no electric hook up at Ashgrove Farm. There is a water supply and a chemical disposal point, but no toilet or shower blocks, so a self contained caravan or motorhome is essential. The pitches are flat grass on a working farm with far reaching countryside views.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Ashgrove Farm. It is a working farm with footpaths and quiet lanes for walking straight from the gate, so it suits owners touring with a dog. Keep pets under close control around livestock, and there is a pub within walking distance for the evenings.
How far is Ashgrove Farm from Haworth?
Ashgrove Farm sits near Cross Roads and Keighley, a short drive from Haworth with its cobbled Main Street, Bronte Parsonage Museum and the Keighley and Worth Valley steam railway. Keighley is close for shops and stations, and the Piece Hall at Halifax is within reach for a day out.
Is Ashgrove Farm open all year?
